The Challenge

The Approach

Only aggregated insights and alerts were sent upstream to a central monitoring platform, keeping bandwidth needs low and ensuring each facility kept functioning independently even during connectivity drops. Maintenance teams received early-warning alerts before failures occurred, shifting their workflow from reactive repairs to scheduled interventions.
