At Synaptic Technologies Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide the best IT services to our clients. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.
1. Cancellation Policy
Service Cancellation by Client:
- Clients may request to cancel a service by providing written notice via email.
- Cancellation before project initiation may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the work completed.
- Ongoing subscription-based services can be canceled as per the agreement terms.
- If a project is in progress, cancellation fees may apply depending on the scope of work completed.
Cancellation by Synaptic Technologies Pvt Ltd:
- We reserve the right to cancel services due to non-compliance with our terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment of dues.
- If we cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund may be provided based on the situation.
2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 10 days from the date of service purchase.
- Refunds will not be issued for completed services that have been delivered as per the agreed scope.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
- Any third-party charges incurred (such as domain registrations, hosting fees, or licenses) are non-refundable.
Processing of Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.
3. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If the client changes their mind after the service has started.
- If delays occur due to the client’s lack of response or incomplete information.
- If the client violates our Terms and Services.
- If a project is completed as per the initial agreement and meets the deliverable standards.
